
The A-Z of Coping with Cancer and other Crap
I’ve put together this post in the hopes that people going through any sort of personal struggle – whether it be with their physical health, mental health, or just feeling a bit crappy every now and again – can learn some valuable tools to heal them cope.
In a nutshell, it’s all about taking back your power, and giving yourself a chance to be the best YOU that you can be. It’s easy to be a victim in such circumstances, but that’s just going to feed the negativity, which may well have caused the problem in the first place.
